For a normal takeoff, both the pilot and passenger need to run a short distance at the start. If this is a problem, please contact us. (With the right conditions we can take almost anybody.)

We will always try our best to fly you as per your reservation. However, due to changes in weather we may need to re-schedule or even cancel & refund. (The pilot will decide if the weather is suitable to fly, not the passenger.)

Occasionally there are delays due to events outside of our control. (Mountain transport brakedowns, late passengers etc) We will try our best to fly you as per your reservation. However, FlyZermatt reserves the right to change or cancel & refund your booking.

A full activity price refund will be given to individuals and groups of up to 7 persons cancelling more than 24hrs prior to the activity start time. No refunds will be given to individuals and groups of up to 7 persons cancelling less than 24hrs prior to the activity start time. See our terms & conditions for more info.

Our cancellation policy depends on the amount of notice you give us.

Generally it is best for passengers to meet in the FlyZermatt office. (Please see our website for directions) This way we can check that you are properly dressed & prepared to fly.  Passengers may also leave non-essential items in our office while flying.  Special requests to meet elsewhere must be pre-arranged and confirmed with FlyZermatt.
